Anywho.... Let's see...
Found my chainmail stuff, which is good, as I have a piece or two I'd like to finish, and one or two I'd like to try. (Especially regarding the bottlecaps) I will probably do that sometime during the day tomorrow -today, TECHnically- before I head over to Will's for Movie Night.
Of course, there's the chance that I will take it with me and work on it there, too, since we don't always get to the movie until waaaayyy late, lol.
Regarding doing my own renditions of DC's/Gaiman's Endless:
I've posted my version of Destiny, though I may print a copy for myself and see what I can do about inking and/or coloring her. Maybe. Depends on how my time goes.
Also, I have started my piece for Delirium, and I really like how it's going. I've got the pose and everything else, and am now just down to figuring out HOW I want to clothe the figure. It'll be wacky, of course, but the trick is for it to be a cool "that works, somehow" kind of wacky, and not a "OMG, MUST STAB MY EYES" kind of wacky. And believe me, that's harder than it sounds!
Beyond that, the job hunt continues. At this point, I am seriously debating seeing if UPS is hiring. 35-40lbs I can handle, probably 50 as well. 70 might be pushing it, but who knows. If I could get a job there, it'd be part time, with luck the sunrise shift (3:30a to 8:30a), and only around $100 a week... but $100 a week is better than 0 a week, right?
And if I got it, I could build up my strength a bit, still have time for interviews for a more permanent/full-time job, or a second part-time job, still be able to work on art stuff, AND still be able to see my husband!
So I may go look into that next week sometime.
Aaaannnnddd.....
Yeah. That's pretty much about all the news I have. So... Later ya'll!
